Co-Founder

Miguel is the Co-Founder of Professional Technology Partners (PTP) and has been instrumental in building the company from the ground up alongside his wife, Jennifer. With a strong background in Human Resources, business development, and sales, he leads the company’s marketing initiatives and client relationship strategies, driving sustainable growth and long-term partnerships.

His focus is on strengthening PTP’s market presence, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the company’s practices remain aligned with evolving industry standards and business trends. Miguel brings extensive expertise in Human Resources, Business Development, and Contracting Services, providing strategic leadership that supports the organization’s continued success.

In addition to his role at PTP, Miguel serves as an HR Partner for one of the world’s largest shipping and logistics organizations, bringing valuable global insights and best practices that further strengthen the company’s capabilities.

Operations Manager

Walter serves as the Head of Operations at Professional Technology Partners (PTP), where he oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and ensures the seamless delivery of services across all client engagements. He is responsible for optimizing operational processes, maintaining service excellence, and driving efficiency throughout the organization.
