Everything seem very easy working with PTP. And working Miyan is a pleasure. She is willing to take on just about any twist I throw her way. I appreciate the flexibility she has to take on problem solving and test runs.

Laksmi is doing great. The first week was spent on-boarding her to get her up to speed on the company, sales process and other details. I gave her some Qualifying tasks yesterday and we have a call in a few hours to review what she has done. I am happy with her work so far.

Tere is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to seeing how much she grows alongside CA. When Tere is asked a question, she often follows up with the CA to clarify any question/concern she has regarding a request. She understands the urgency of the matter and is able to react accordingly. If she does not know the answer, she will let us know. Sometimes, she does ask the same question, but when this happens, I respond through email and ask that she save the email in a folder for future reference.

Here is feedback for Clara: - Presents a customer service-orientated, friendly, welcoming demeanor; - Works on her assigned tasks with a sense of urgency; - Demonstrates an interest to learn. Clara is also open to feedback when we discuss areas in need of improvement. Our hope is that Clara will continue to learn and grow to effectively support CS.

Nick meets my expectations. He quickly learned the different aspects of Salesforce (objects, fields, reports, others). Additionally, he learned how to use Data Loader and can now update mass records confidently which is a big help. His ability and attitude to take on new projects is very valuable as the business priorities and demands shift. I enjoy working with him and would like to continue to do so.

Frances is willing to learn, attentive, caring, and responsive. She has been a great employee, no issues or complaints from me or my staff. Her responsiveness, care, attention to detail, and making herself available for my staff has really helped my team improve our recruiting capabilities. I have been impressed with her work so far.
